COMFORT THAT FITS YOUR BUDGET
Low rent.
High quality.
Zero surprises.
Move-in ready homes at a price that beats living alone, with one simple monthly payment that stays the same all year.
✓ One monthly utility rate covering electric, water, and gas
✓ High-speed internet included in that same rate
✓ Capped, so your bill never spikes in summer or winter
✓ Furnished common areas ready on day one
✓ Optional bedroom furnishing packages for a small monthly add-on
✓ Flexible lease terms, with the best rates on 12 months
Utilities and wifi run $100 per month on top of your room rate. In the rare month the whole house exceeds its usage cap, the small difference is shared between housemates. It's uncommon, and inexpensive when it happens.
