About Us
Lux and Lax Housing was established in 2022 by founders Kynnee Golder and Sanjay Monroe who were college best friends that graduated from North Carolina A&T with a Bachelors of Science. From them having similarities from living in Baltimore MD as adolescents and experiencing the poor housing and neighborhood conditions of the city, Kynnee and Sanjay knew that they wanted to make a change by providing quality conditions for the community through investing in real estate. They value creating generational wealth and leaving a legacy for their families and communities.
