Rent Inclusions

Base Rent of the Room and Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas, & Internet)

Furnished Housing

  • Common areas are furnished that includes living room and dining area

  • We offer furnished bedrooms at an additional monthly cost.

Application Process

  • Accept the invitation for your room application in your email from Lux & Lax Housing and sign up for a Hemlane account. 

  • Fill out the Application form & Complete background check and Submit

    • Required Docs​

      • ID​ (Verified by Plaid)

      • 2 Recent Paystubs

      • 1 Bank statement showing the reoccurring deposits (for verification)

  • The property manager will respond within 24 - 48 hours for approval or rejection of application.

  • Sign your lease!

  • Time to move in!

Lease Lengths

​We offer lease lengths ranging from 3 months to 12months. Short-term leasing perfect for travelling professionals, possible new out of state residents and students. Long-term leasing perfect for living cheaper and relaxing in luxury.

  • 3-6 months (+ $200)

  • 7-10 ($100)

  • 12 regular
